Making the most of your Hot Chocolate

Making the most of your Hot Chocolate

So I LOVE Hot Chocolate. Like loads. And loads. And loads.

So I’m gonna talk about the things I do to make it goooood.

But First!
An update on my previous post, Nutella Hot Chocolate.

1. You can totally make it with a thick chocolate sauce or syrup and still keep it yummy and thick! Just substitute the Nutella for the same amount of sauce and follow the same instructions.

2. You can make it in the microwave as well! Just add all the dry ingredients and the sauce or spread with a little milk and mix it into a smooth paste. Add the rest of the milk and stir it up and bang it in the microwave for 1 minute, then take it out and stir. Put it back in the microwave for another 2 minutes and BAM! Awesome.

But nowwwww……. The tips!

> Cornflour Works! Want thick hot chocolate without bucket loads of chocolate? Tada!
> But actual chocolate is amazing! For a treat, even adding 2-3 squares of your favourite chocolate can make your drink HEAVEN!
> Adding spices like cinnamon to your drink can add nice spice and make it something different to the norm.
> Flavours are cool too! Vanilla extract, as well as peppermint, almond and other nut extracts can really compliment chocolate.
> And Uh-mee-goddd guys! Although this isn’t really a tip, you can not beat whipped cream and mini marshmallows on hot chocolate. And caramel sauce on top? I may have just found the best hot drink in the world.

So there you go guys! Hope you got something out of it and feel properly educated on this vital matter.

I am off to get some goodness in ma tummy, so ta ta for now!
